Subject: Business Interruption Insurance Cases

Hello all

I wonder if anyone could point me to the leading cases on business
interruption insurance in various jurisdictions, particularly outside
the UK? Anything concerning eppedemics and/or trend clauses or the
relevance of widespread business interruption to the indemnity to be
granted, say because of an earthquake or epedemic etc. I have some
English cases and the New World Hotel case from Hong Kong which is of
some relevance but think there must be more out there.

Relevant commentary references also gratefully received.

Thanks so much.

Kind regards

Ger
